Return Policy
Fleur and Glass’s return policy is presented below. We highly recommend that you as the customer familiarise yourself with the policy prior to making a purchase from our website shop. Returns are an option if you the customer are unsatisfied with the product. In the very unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with the product you will have to contact Fleur and Glass within 7 days of receiving your item. If you contact us with a refund request any more than 7 days after receiving your product, the decision of the refund will be decided by Fleur and Glass only. For a refund to be made, the item being returned must be 100% original and in an unused condition with all original packaging. Unless the item arrived is damaged, you the customer will be charged for the return postage.
Process for Returns
- Notify Fleur and Glass within 7 days of delivery if you wish to return the artwork.
- You must use the original packaging when packing the artwork for return.
- As soon as the artwork is returned to Fleur and Glass, the product will be inspected and checked for damage. If the product is 100% original and depending on the circumstances of the return, a credit note or a full refund will be arranged.
All items are returned at the customers risk and Fleur and Glass do not accept responsibility and liability for any returns damaged or lost in transit. All returns are checked and items that do not meet our returns policy will be declined and may be sent back to the customer.
Damaged Product
Fleur and Glass take every precaution to ensure the product arrives with the customer in 100% perfect condition. However, it is possible that some products may be damaged in the delivery stage so we please ask you to inspect your order upon arrival. If the product is damaged we can arrange for the product to be returned to Fleur and Glass and an exchange will be offered. Failing this, then a refund will be granted depended on circumstances.
If your product is damaged then please document as much evidence you possibly can within 7 days of receiving your product. Please email clear photos of both the product and how the package was received by you and send this to contact@fleurandglass.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you contact Fleur and Glass any more than 7 days from receipt of the product with a refund / exchange request, this will be a void request and we will deem your order as completed and accepted.
